Jack and Roll is just another term for a crane supplement maneuver which allows us to move heavy objects in tight and even remote locations that a crane cannot typically get to. While this does include things like mining sites and homes which are heavily surrounded by landscaping and trees, the jack and roll system can go virtually anywhere and is extremely practical for everyday use. For home lifting, the way that it works is pretty cool. Our team process includes clearing the home of major objects which would otherwise fall over or break during the move, and then we use a hydraulic jacking system to raise your home just enough to slide metal beams underneath. We then place sliders on top of those beams so that when we lower the home back onto the sliders, the whole home moves with ease and allows us to pick up the home with a mobile crane without hurting the foundation or any parts below the home! We have all types and sizes of jacks and sliding skates that are tailored specifically to the size of your needs, and a whole fleet of different cranes that can support any home or material size that you have, up to 300 tons.
Though jacking and rolling heavy materials may seem like a hairy ordeal or a tall order at first, we do this procedure all the time in the same way that a dentist works on teeth.
